The applicant should submit the following documents/NOC's along with the application:
a.  Plan of the proposed site indicating surroundings, roads and buildings up to a
    distance of 75 meters from the perimeter. Schools, Hospitals, Temples or 
    other similar places should be clearly indicated in the plan along with floor
    wise plans
    (3 sets)
b.  Certificate from the Collector for non-agricultural land.
c.  Property Card.
d.  Appointment letter of the Architect.
e.  Agreement between landowner and Builder/Developer or Power of Attorney.
f.  Copies of applications submitted to the Building Proposal Department along  
    with their remarks

1.  For inviting objections from the public, if any, the applicant is directed to
a.  Display a Notice Board at the proposed site.
b.  Publish an advertisement in 3 newspapers.
2.  One set of plans along with application is forwarded to the local Police
     authorities for their remarks and also in-view of law and order.
3.  One set of plan along with the application is forwarded to the Traffic branch
     for their remarks from the traffic point of view.

After the reports are received, the licensing authority decide upon the application and the applicant is intimated accordingly.

• NOC from Chief Fire Officer

3.  NOC from the Health Officer, BMC
4.  NOC from the Chief Fire Officer 
5.  Certificate from MTNL
6.  NOC from PWD
7.  NOC from the Collector.
8.  Structural stability certificate from the Architect.
